    • Mornings (Monday – Saturday)
      • 8-10:30 a.m. on court training
      • 10:30-11:30 a.m. conditioning/Yoga
    • Afternoon(Mo, Tue, Th, Fr)
      • 3:30-5 p.m. Challenge Matches/training
      • 5-5:30 p.m. Stretching
    • Sunday off
